The production of peat-sawdust fuel briquettes and building materials

       The technological line for the production of peat-sawdust fuel briquettes and building materials is designed to produce fuel and building materials in the form of heating slabs, shells for pipelines, from wastes of timber industry.

1. Process flowsheet

        The line consists of a modular unit for the production of peat paste which is a binding material for sawdust. The paste is the result of peat processing using a cavitation plant. Then the sawdust is mixed in a mixer with the paste, or pressed either into peat-sawdust briquettes or formed into building materials.

        Afetr being formed briquettes and wares are dried in a drying machine where about 10 % of fuel briquettes produced on this line is used to get the necessary temperature of ~ 120°С.

2. Design features of the line

        The line can be designed in 2 variants:

                1. Permanent construction on existent factories;

                2. Mobile variant.

        The elemnt of permanent and mobile constructions differ in their productivity and assortment of output goods.

        The productivity of the permanent line is 20 tonns per a day.

        The productivity of the mobile construction is 10 tonns.

        Power consumption of the line is ~ 50 kilowatt.

        The mobile construction is placed in transportable trams which by its joining form the workroom with space of 100 metres. This allows to use the line far from cities and settlements, i.e. timber industry enterprises, without any capital outlays.
